  1. TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • A small percentage of ticket price goes toward music licensing, VAT, and booking fee.
    • Maximum 4 tickets per person
    • All tickets are general admission only. No assigned seating.
    • Children 7 years and older must buy tickets to enter the festival venue(s)
    • Ticket is only valid when purchased from official agents. No refunds will be made if tickets are bought from other sources.
    • Please note that any losses incurred by buying tickets from unofficial ticket agents are at Ticket Buyer's own risk and the Premises Licence Holders will not be held liable for such losses.
    • Any person presenting a ticket that has been obtained from a non-official agent, may be refused entrance to, or removed from venue without notice, and the ticket may be confis- cated. There shall be no obligation to event organizers, and official ticket agents to refund any monies paid for the ticket purchased from an unofficial agent.
  2. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

    • No refunds /cancellation can be made on the day of the event
    • Cancellation, change in date or other change to original ticket purchase through official ticket agent will be subject to extra charge.
    • Cancellations made after the tickets have been received by buyer must be done through the ticket agency’s head office. As the event date approaches the cancellation fee will increase in price. Once the box office closes on August 13, 2013, any cancellations will not be accepted.
    • Anyone found to have a counterfeit ticket or wristband will be immediately removed from the venue and subject to legal action.
  3. WILL CALL AND TICKET DELIVERY

    • All pre-ordered ticket will be sent out on July 25th, 2013 (THU)
    • Any tickets purchased after July 25th, 2013 (THU) must be picked up at the venue box office. To obtain tickets at the box office a photo ID and proof of purchase must be presented.
    • Due to heavy traffic and long lines at the venue box office on the day of the event, it is advisable to purchase tickets before July 25,2013 (Thursday) so that the ticket can be delivered directly to the purchaser. Delivery fee varies from ticket agent to ticket agent.
    • The event organizers are not responsible for any lost or damaged tickets, and will not be replaced or refunded.
  4. EXCHANGING TICKET FOR WRISTBAND

    • Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event.
    • The event organizers are not responsible for any lost or damaged wristband. A lost or damaged wristband will not be replaced or refunded.
    • Tickets can be exchanged for wristbands until one hour before the end of each day’s last performance.
  5. GETTING TO THE VENUE

    • Tickets can be exchanged for wristbands at the venue box office. Anyone not wearing a wristband will not be allowed into the event or any of its venues.
    • Entry to the venue for wristband holders will begin one hour prior to the first act each day.
    • Except for guide dogs for the disabled, no pets will be allowed into the event site.

A living K-pop legend, who was the first korean pop artist to perform at the Opera House of Seoul Arts Center, at Carnegie Hall in the US and NHK Hall in Japan, is set to mark headlining show at a festival for the first time in his life.
After 10years, newly released the 19th studio album [Hello] has already gone platinum, and single <Bounce> has topped the many charts. It is a rare opportunity to see his live show these days. Cho Yong-Pil’s first festival performance armed with his backup band will make an even more thrilling event that has not been seen anywhere else.
PET SHOP BOYS
Pet Shop Boys is an English electronic dance pop duo who has sold 100 million records worldwide. Lead singer Neil Tennent and keyboarder Chris Lowe have had 42 Top 30 singles and 22 Top 10 hits in the UK. Since 1986 they have had four Number One hits including: “West End Girls,” “It’s a Sin,” “Always on My Mind,” and “Heart”. Pet Shop Boys released their new album, Electric, in June of 2013. On top of that, this May they started their Electric tour which highlights the duo’s electronic music and style. John Legend has demonstrated a rare ability to fuse classic old school soul music with the edgy flavor of today’s hip-hop.

10CM (십센치)
10cm is an indie duo whose single, “Americano”, and album “1.0”, made a big splash in the Korean music scene. The band won “This Year’s Discovery Award” at the 2010 Mnet Asian Music Awards, and “Best Pop Song” at the 2011 Korean Music Awards. Also, in 2011, 10cm’s song “Hug Song” reached #16 on Billboard K-Pop Hot 100.
VERBAL JINT (버벌진트)
Verbal Jint is a Korean rapper and record producer. Deeply influenced by 2pac and J Dilla as a boy, he is said to have shaped the hip-hop and rap scene in Korean music. His career spans more than a decade starting with his first single being released in 2000. In 2012 his single, “You Deserve Better”, placed tenth on Gaon Chart for streaming music.
GLEN CHECK (글렌체크)
Glen Check is a duo who debuted in 2011 with the release of “Disco Elevator EP” and released their first full album, “Haute Couture”, in early 2012. At the end of 2012, they released a new 5 track EP called “Cliché EP”. Glen Check’s sound is influenced by music from the 1970s and 1980s, European indie dance music, African music and Korean traditional music.
WILLY MOON
Willy Moon is 21, and whip-smart with a tinder-dry sense of humor. He doesn’t blend different sounds; he smashes them together to hear what kind of noise they make. It’s as if ronck’n’roll had been deep-frozen in 1965, and abruptly reanimated 45 years later by a laptop hip-hop producer. In the video to Willy Moon’s debut single “I Wanna Be Your Man”, the lean and long-faced Willy struts and jerks and testifies in a spotlight, over a monstrously metallic Bo Diddley Beat. His debut album Here’s Willy Moon was released in 2012.

Hot Chelle Rae is an American pop rock band from Nashville, Tennessee who scored a bonafide breakthrough smash hit with “Tonight Tonight” on their first album Loversick Electric. The song crashed into the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and was certified double-platinum in the U.S., and certified platinum in Canada and Australia. The band’s new album, Whatever, is an unstoppable fireball of radio-ready tunes that finds them embracing who they really are: a band unabashedly in love with pop music.
AZIATIX (아지아틱스)
Aziatix is an Asian-American R&B/Soul group whose latest album, “Awakening”, hit #1 on the US / Japan iTunes charts. Other acheivements include winning “Best New Asian Artist Group” at the 2011 Mnet Asian Music Awards, and being on the cover of Newsweek Korea in February 2012. DickPunks is a rock band who started out by playing small gigs in HongDae and then became famous when they finished in second place on the Korean version of American-Idol called, Superstar K4. In addition to their live performance, they also perform a separate choreographed act entitled the DICKPUNKSHOW
PALMA VIOLETS
Palma Violets are an English band from Lambeth, London. The bands music is primarily rock based, with some garage rock and psychedelic influences. The four-piece formed last year, and up until recently have had minimum online presence and no songs recorded. They instead preferred that fans come and experience their raucous live shows at their Lambeth studio, 180. Their first single “Best of Friends”, was voted NME’s song to the year for 2012, and their debut album 180 was released on February 25, 2013. This year Plama Violets have toured with Alabama Shakes and Savages, and have been nominated for the BBC Sound of 2013 Poll.
LINDSEY STIRLING
Lindsey Stirling is a violinist, dancer, performance artist and composer from the United States. She performs a variety of music styles, from classical to pop and hip-hop to dubstep. She first became famous from being a quarter-finalist on the fifth season of America’s Got Talent, where she was known as the “Hip Hop Violinist” and the judges called her performances “electrifying”. Her Youtube channel, Lindseystomp, has over 310 milion total views and over 2.3 million subscribers. He song “Crystallize” was the #8 top viewed video on Youtube in 2012, with over 42 million views. Stirling’s debut self-titled album was released in September 2012.
